Will my billing information be secure?

When is my card charged?

At the time you place the order; your Credit Card is blocked for the amount of ‘Purchase’. The Credit Card is charged only after the Order is executed.

Is my personal details secure?

Yes your personal details are absolutely secure cause, we don’t have any such so called partner sites with whom we share data.

Is there any hidden charges or any shipping cost involved?

There are no Hidden/Delivery Charges. All the Prices given on the website are inclusive of Delivery Charges. However there may be some extra Delivery Charges for certain remote lying areas. We will execute the order if the Customer is Comfortable with the Delivery Charges; if not we will cancel the order and the whole amount shall be refunded.

Is Same Day Delivery Possible?

Yes, same day delivery is possible for most of the places in Malaysia if the order is placed on time. If you are trying to place an Order for Same Day Delivery latter than 1200 HRS IST; please call us or E-Mail us to inquire whether we can Deliver Same Day Or Not.

Q2. How can I receive a confirmation of my order?

As soon as we receive an order, an email is sent to the email id provided in the checkout form. Also order status is updated in the order tracking section from Pending to Processing, the status can be checked there. Also after you make the Payment a Copy of Electronically Generated Bill from orders@ccavenue.com is automatically sent at your mail id which is your Payment Receipt.

How can I track my order?

Your order can be tracked through the order tracking section after your secure login. The status is updated only at the end of day. You can use the Order Tracking to track your last 5 Orders with us.

Is the delivery possible on holidays?

Yes, in most of the cities and towns the delivery is possible on holidays but there may be some exceptions. So we request you to call/e-mail us before placing the Order.

What if I have a Complaint?

We promise that our complaints procedure will be:-

In the unlikely event that you should have a complaint please contact us as soon as possible either by phone or e-mail, the longer you leave it the longer it may take to rectify the situation. Please have your order number handy

Once received we will contact the member who delivered your order and put your complaint to them. They may wish to pick up the flowers in order to check them and offer any advice that may be needed. If there is clearly a problem the flowers will be replaced.

We undertake to respond to your complaint within 72hrs and resolve the problem within 7 working days. We will keep you fully informed during the complaints procedure.

At what time the Order will be Delivered?

We do not guarantee Delivery at a specified time; however we do guarantee Delivery at a specified Date.

What happens if the recipient is not at home or at the delivery address?

In this case the delivery is made to the neighbors, only if they agree to take the delivery on receiver's behalf.

Where can I enter special instructions?

If you have additional delivery information such as additional phone number or address, kindly write in the “Special Request” box provided in the checkout form. If you have already placed the order then you can write the information in an email to with the order number.

Can the order be cancelled?

Yes, but only possible 24 hours before the delivery.

Can I change the Order ?

Yes, you can change the order item but not the value of the order. For that you will have to cancel the order and place the new order or Contact us.

Why are there two prices for each item?

We have two prices for each product, namely Regular Price and Combo Price.

Regular Price:

Regular Price is applicable till the time there is only one item in your shopping cart.

Combo Price:

The moment there are more than one item in your shopping cart, automatically the site forms a combo of these two or more items as chosen by you (called Auto Combo). And then the price applicable on all items is combo price.

What do I do if I forgot my member password?

Click on login, and on the login screen click on the Forgot Password link. You will be prompted for your email id. Your login information will be sent on this email id.
